Choose a profile Enter a campaign name and select a sender profile which you set a single time only for each of your clients and/or projects.
Load your distribution list
Select the source containing the email addresses (database, Excel file, CRM). This data source is defined once only for each profile. EmailR takes care of the rest!

You enter the subject of the email, then either select one of the templates and use the latest-generation publisher provided or load your own HTML composition.

Once you’ve opened your account, the emailR email marketing solution offers you a library of templates. When preparing your campaign, you simply need to select a template, add the content to it using our online publisher and then personalise it via the merge fields.

This template library can be complemented with personalised templates. You merely need to prepare an HTML composition and then integrate it using DreamWeaver©, from the editable, repeatable areas or optional regions. Unlike the publishers offered by rival platforms, this method allows you to use more sophisticated templates and to prevent users from breaking the composition or changing certain sections.

The number of templates which you can use is unlimited and you can define which profile(s) each of them corresponds to.

Managing your images and files

Each profile has a corresponding folder in which you can store your images and files (PDF, doc, xls, zip). These files can also be shared between the platform’s different profiles and users, depending on their respective rights.

By using the most recent technology, the loading of your images and files has been simplified as much as possible. Consequently, you can now load several files in a single operation, without special software or ftp access.
