It can sometimes be difficult to estimate one's send quantities in advance. But as with the majority of email marketing solutions, the longer the period you commit to, the better your price. To reconcile these two factors, emailR has put in place a policy of highly flexible contracts.

What if I send more than planned?

At any time, we can adapt your contract to suit your new estimated consumption. The contract is adjusted for its entire validity period and you benefit from the new price retrospectively, including for the campaigns you've already sent!

And what happens if I want to end my contract?

With emailR, you can break off your contract at any time, with no break-off compensation. We simply look at your actual consumption over the contract period and, if it proves necessary, we retrospectively adapt the CPT of your sends already completed. So you don't end up paying for sends you haven't carried out.
