At the request of its new international client ITQI (International Taste & Quality Institute - www.itqi.org ), the emailR platform’s code has been reviewed and adapted in order to be able to convert non-standard typographic characters such as Chinese, Thai, Russian, etc…

This conversion was an arduous task given that it was not only necessary to ensure the correct management of the e-mail’s html content code (UTF8 versus ISO) but also the nature of the databases used.
An e-mail address is universal but when there is personalisation based on names including these infamous special characters, it was also necessary to correctly interpret the send data.

Lastly, this conversion also applied to the reporting files (export from the send file with all fields) extracted from the platform after sending.

The upshot of all this work is that emailR can now guarantee you quality e-mails in all world languages.

As we’ve said from the start, emailR has no limits!
